Called by the Lord into a highly blessed training ministry, Dr. Brown has had a long and distinguished career both as a 911 communications specialist and in training emergency first responders, dispatchers and chaplains. She has a heart for those who put their lives and spirits on the line to help others. She has put her years in the trenches of human suffering to good use, developing an inspiring and comprehensive training program geared toward helping us help one another. JCCAE has gathered together a select group of highly motivated, enthusiastic, God-centered instructors to teach this unique cirriculum.
