  JCCAE Oklahoma Director Frank Matek has established a new service for the Oklahoma division to meet the needs of the community.     

The Central Oklahoma Pastoral Care Foundation has been established to aid and serve the community in matters of spirit and faith.  Director and Chaplain Frank Matek offers chaplain services for weddings, funerals, baptisms, messianic bar/bat mitzvahs, personal/family/biblical counseling, anger management facilitation and domestic violence facilitation as well as ministry services called "Chaplain's Charge".
