We have all been trained on how to deal with the problems of others and to handle the worst people in society, but we receive very little to no training on how to handle our own problems and to deal with the changes in our lives caused by the law enforcement career.

Since its beginning in 1982, the people of LifeSprings have been committed to completing the commission. This is the mandate of the Church. Preparation of the saints and providing a structure and mechanism to fulfill this commission is the goal of LifeSprings. Being a praying, worshiping, and Bible believing church will prepare the way to equip us to fulfill this great challenge. All of LifeSprings' activities directly or indirectly will serve to accomplish this command.

If the Bible does not address it we do not either. We are a diverse group, both in ethnicity and background, who love to praise and worship our creator through contemporary worship. We also believe prayer can move mountains, and standing in God’s presence is the greatest and safest place to be.

•	KAIROS Kairos Prison Ministry International, Inc. is the parent organization of a body of ministries addressing the spiritual needs of incarcerated men, women and children, their families and to those who work in the prison environment. Although a separate ministry, Kairos has received the blessing and encouragement of 4th Day movements such as Cursillo, National Episcopal Cursillo, Presbyterian Cursillo, Lutheran Via de Cristo, The Upper Room's Walk To Emmaus, and independently ecumenical Tres Dias. Kairos Prison Ministry is a ministry rather than a movement.
