Pastoral Care and Biblical Counseling Education Foundation
The Pastoral Care and Biblical Counseling Education Foundation is a worldwide Educational / Training division of the Joint Commission on Chaplain Accreditation and Education. It was developed to provide pastoral counseling and follow up to persons from all denominations, churches and organizations. The counseling and pastoral care include spiritual and emotional recovery to ministers, pastors and their families (at no charge).
The Pastoral Care and Biblical Counseling Education Foundation also certifies Pastoral Counselors and Board Certified Chaplains in many areas through training and JCCAE seminars.
The Pastoral Care and Biblical Counseling Education Foundation serves as a training entity in faith based mental health training for pastors, chaplains and the ministers of over 200 churches in South America.
The Foundation provides ordination to independent Pastors, Ministers and Chaplains once proper education through JCCAE and in Biblical Studies has been received.
CLINICAL HOLISTIC CHAPLAINCY
The Foundation serves to provide specialized education degrees through the Trinity Bible College and Seminary from Bachelor to Doctorate level degrees in Clinical Holistic Chaplaincy. The program is managed by Rev. Julio R. Rosado Galarza PhD, MD, Dean of the Mental Health Educational Department, Puerto Rico, Rev. Dr. Victor Rivera-Carrion Psy.D, Rev. Dr. Gretza O. Castro Curet PhD, M.D., Rev. Marie Nunez PCD, BCCC Executive Director and Rev. Judith Morales PCD, BCCC Executive Secretary.
The South American Division of the Pastoral Care and Biblical Education Foundation has operated under the direction of JCCAE Director, Dr. Victor Daniel Rivera-Carrion PhD since 2008, and is located in Bayamon Puerto Rico. Dr. Rivera-Carrion Psy.D has instructed and certified many Christian Counselors, assisted by Board Certified Pastoral Counselors IV, Dr Gretza O. Castro M.D. and Dr. Carmen Oyola PhD, J.D. Advisor, Rev. Julio R. Rosado Galarza PhD, MD, Dean of Mental Health Educational Department, Puerto Rico.
The Pastoral Care and Biblical Counseling Education Foundation offers many categories of certifications. The Christian Counselor is designed for those who are interested mainly in the area of ministry. The Pastoral Counselor is designed primarily for Ordained Chaplains and Ordained ministers.
This program is for the serious minded Christian Counselor or Pastoral Counselor only. JCCAE standards for the Pastoral Care and Biblical Counseling Education Foundation have been set high for the benefit of Biblical and Christian Counselors world-wide. JCCAE requires counselors with a high level of personal ethical values. All Programs on a Clinical level must be taken under the direction of Rev. Julio R. Rosado Galarza PhD, MD, and Dean of Mental Health Educational Department Puerto Rico.
